1. Who we are

Nativs (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI-powered native image ad generation tool for ecommerce brands. We are operated as an independent product. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@nativs.ai.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account data: email address, display name, and onboarding answers (what you sell, ad experience level, monthly spend).
• Brand knowledge base: documents, images, and research files you upload to your projects. These are used solely to generate your ads.
• Generated content: ad copy, hook variations, headlines, and images produced by the tool. These are stored and linked to your account.
• Usage data: credit usage per action, generation logs, and session history — used for billing accuracy and product improvement.
• Billing data: subscription and payment information processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics to keep the product working correctly.

3. How we use it

• To generate your native ads — your brand docs are injected into every generation call for that project.
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
• To send product updates and announcements if you opt in.
• To improve the product — we may analyze anonymized, aggregated usage patterns. We do not train AI models on your brand content without explicit permission.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third parties to operate Nativs:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic — AI model provider for ad copy generation. Your brand context is sent to Anthropic's API per generation request.
• Google (Gemini) — AI model provider for native image generation.
• Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure.

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain reasonable data security standards.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Uploaded brand files can be deleted by you at any time from your project settings.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@nativs.ai and we will respond within 7 business days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and strictly necessary product functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the product. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
