Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nativs, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product. These Terms apply to all users — free and paid.

2. What Nativs is

Nativs is an AI-powered tool that generates native image ad copy, hook variations, Facebook headlines, and native-style images for ecommerce and dropshipping brands. All output is AI-generated and should be reviewed by you before use in live campaigns.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Nativs.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Credits and billing

• Credits are consumed based on tokens used per generation. More complex outputs use more credits.
• Credits are non-refundable except where a generation fails — failed generations are automatically refunded.
• Monthly credit allotments reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Top-up credit packs are available at any time and do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nativs to:

• Generate content that is false, deceptive, or violates applicable advertising laws (including FTC guidelines).
• Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
• Generate content that is discriminatory, harassing, or harmful to any individual or group.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models.
• Resell or white-label access to Nativs without a written agreement with us.
• Abuse the generation system in ways that circumvent credit metering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Your content

You own everything you upload (brand docs, research, product images) and everything Nativs generates for you. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We do not use your brand content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. AI disclaimer

Nativs uses AI models to generate ad copy and images. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before using it in live advertising campaigns. Nativs makes no guarantees about ad performance, ROAS, or conversion results.

8. Intellectual property

The Nativs product, interface, and underlying framework library are our intellectual property. The copywriting frameworks, prompt architectures, and module systems are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer or replicate them.

9. Limitation of liability

Nativs is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product — including lost revenue, lost ad spend, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 7 days notice. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, except where prohibited by law.
